We do things differently
Right at the start, we knew we wanted to do things differently. We wanted to start at the end point, at that magic moment of interaction between salesperson and prospect.
Everything we do builds backwards from that point, driven by the positive human interactions that are so crucial to effective sales practice.
Our Directors and Account Managers are expert IT and sales marketing professionals, with decades of collective experience. Work with us and we’ll take the time to get under the skin of your business. We value your time and only ever deliver opportunities when they’re 100% sales-ready.
Before you know it, our team members will feel like your team members.
Having one Simon is good, having two Simon’s is bad planning, and usually having three Simon’s is asking for trouble but on this occasion we’d be lost without him. He’s been with us since 2009 and is loved by his clients and fellow employees.
Simon (aka Noel Edmonds) is a great asset to the company. Not only is he responsible for looking after his clients, he also takes an active role in recruitment as well as mentoring everyone in the office.
Vicky started as a Sales Executive but was swiftly moved to an Account Manager position. Vicky juggles her work-life balance extremely well and never forgets to feed her horses (and children) at 6am each and every morning.
Angel brings youth and energy to the office and makes every campaign she works on a real success. Every week or 2 the office is treated with a home baked cake from Angel, which is great and even more so, as she doesn’t like cake.
Graham is our resident Brummie. We don’t hold it against him as he’s a really nice chap, and having worked on the cruise ships out of Miami for a number of years, and having lived in Wiltshire for a quarter of a century (yes he is that old), has lost most of his native twang. He has a particular love of beer festivals and will travel far and wide to attend – he has even been known to drag his wife and children along too!
Despite his quiet professional disposition Jamie is rather a cheeky lad, who can number among his favourite pastimes winding up his female colleagues on a daily basis. He is a true country boy, Wiltshire-born and bred (the accent only slips occasionally), and he likes to get back to his natural country roots as often as possible with regular camping and hiking trips.
Jess is a very enthusiastic hard working colleague with a speciality in event booking & digital marketing campaigns. In her spare time, if she isn’t talking to you about Bodyshop or Cats then she’s probably not feeling 100%.
JP is a key member of the team with a varied role in New Business, Training and Account Management. Some say jack of all trades master of none but in his case master of all. JP loves a challenge and does it with a smile on his face, although I think he smiles that little bit more when he catches up with his family in the evenings and weekends.
Rhys loves high end campaigns (the harder the better) and delivers a faultless pitch time after time on the phone. If you’re on the rugby pitch with Rhys it’s best he be on your side being 6’4″, not many people will get past him
Our Welsh Dragon of the office and his sales results are also legendary like the mythical creature. If Ryan’s not mixing a new track for the weekend you’ll find him playing snooker with a local in his newly found home of Bradford on Avon
AKA Gilo, he is a keen sportsman and brings this energy with him to work, even with reduced sleep of having 2 young sons. Being a longstanding member of the team, he has vast knowledge of the industry and more importantly, how to book a meeting or two.
Matt is the silent assassin of the office, you can certainly count on him to give you 100% on any campaign. Matty has been with the company since 2016 and acquired a great understanding across the entire IT field.
Ari is very keen on all things outdoorsy and is a particularly active member of the National Trust. You will either find her chilling out at the pool with her fizzy water (OK so not that often in this country), walking on the beach in her waterproofs, meeting up with friends or eating as much good food as is humanly possible!
